Teaching Method of the Teacher that I observed
The teacher started with preliminaries: greetings and motivational activities. While introducing the topic or lesson, the teacher starts to question the students about the lesson. The teacher is very calm and approachable. The teacher gave the student an activity sheet and proceeded with their discussion. After discussing a few concepts, the teacher solved the problem first, then allowed the student to answer it alone. While the students are answering the activity, the teacher roams around to see if the students get the lesson or need help. When the students are finished answering, the teacher encourages one student to share their answer on the board. After answering, the teacher revealed the answer through a presentation and discussed more about the lesson. For the concluding activities, the teacher gives an oral quiz to the students and allows them to figure it out, explaining what the answer is. At the end of the class, the teacher gives a few reminders. I also observed that they didn't use English in teaching mathematics; they used their own language.

Learning materials and Innovation
The teacher introduced the lesson with the use of TV. I'm very amazed with their presentation because it is very interactive, creative, and has animation. Their board can move downward and upward, and it can be a whiteboard or a blackboard. Their board is very math-friendly because it has grids for graphing. The teacher is creative and resourceful. He makes use of teacher-made activities (using laptops, computers, and TVs) as well as printed activity sheets from textbooks.
Sources of Learning and Technology
Every classroom has a TV, which teachers can utilize for PowerPoint presentations, videos, and music during class. The school have a different laboratories and libraries to support the needs of the students.

Authentic Assessment used by the Teacher

Pens and paper are typically used for an assessment of mathematics. For students to participate, the teacher gave very well-organized, imaginative, and dynamic presentations. Instead of outlining it, he let the pupils do the task on their own and present it to the class. The teacher helps pupils grow in confidence and fearlessness. It is crucial in mathematics since many students fear and despise the subject because they are embarrassed to disclose their solutions.
